For insurance we need the following:

We need something from your insurance company listing Carshawaii.com, llc as additionally insured as a truck rental agency. Including proof of collision coverage to show that our trucks are protected if damaged.
List of employees covered under the insurance policy and authorized to use your account to rent vehicles.

Please submit the information to me directly through email, fax or the online form below. Until we get an account set up for you we will need to collect payment in full when the vehicle is picked up. Once you have an account, be sure to give us your company name when making reservations.
