Terms and Conditions

We require payment in full at the time of vehicle pick up if your account isn't already paid in full (with the exception of businesses that are renting on credit). Please note that our no show policy is as follows: let us know if you don't want the truck or van 45 days prior to rental date. After that there is 20% fee on the total amount of the days the truck or van was reserved.

All drivers must have a drivers license, be at least 21 and have a major credit card in theirs or the company name. There is an additional fee of $10/day or $49/week for drivers between 21 and 25.

There are no truck or van returns or pick ups before 7 A.M. or after 6 P.M.

If you are flying to the island let us know your ETA at Lihue airport (flight #, airline etc.) and call us right when you arrive (before getting your luggage) at 245-3233 or (866) 354-2277(toll fre) and we will pick you up as soon as we can. Please remember to bring your proof of insurance. If you end up coming on an earlier or later flight than scheduled please let us know ASAP. There is no guarantee that we will be able to pick you up earlier if you come on an earlier flight than scheduled with out advanced notice.
